A PERSONAL NOTE - DRAVEN
I am posting a personal note.
Jesse and Chelsea have not left Cody's side. Chelsea has spent every night in his room with him with his favorite blanket and pillow. Jesse has got his favorite DVD WALL-E ready to go.
Jesse has been at the forefront of this fight not missing a single detail and making sure Cody is getting everything he needs and is in minute to minute conversations with the amazing medical teams.
The out pour of support from his friends is unbelievable. To witness it makes you human again.
We are all on this journey with Cody together. So whether you are living at the Hospital with us or sending your love and hugs with comments, postcards, prayers, energy, phone calls, or with a silent daily thought it is vital to Cody's recovery and we all need to feel it around us. It keeps us moving, it gives us hope, it reminds us that life is really minute to minute, every thought, every wish, gives us all an extra breath to move forward. We MUST fight for Cody just as hard as he is fighting for us and more importantly himself.

My dear pal Codeman!
I am so very upset to hear of your accident. You have not left my mind since I heard of your odd deal. I believe in a supreme being and that he will and is at your side helping you to pull through this.I also have confidence that you can and will pull through this you are an amazing kid (sorry you will always be a kid to me).
I will never forget the days back at the Killing ton pool when we would spend 8 hours there doing what ever we felt like. There were the times when you would show up at the pool while I was playing tennis and you would always offer to be my doubles partner knowing how badly I sucked! YOu always cheered me on and we laughed at my bad game.
THe McDonald family has such wonderful childhood memories of all of you Marshalls kids
To the rest of the Marshalls stay strong we are praying for you as well

Your words are magnificent! Eloquent and inspiring. I check my Blackberry constantly, looking for updates on Cody. Thank you for your contribution to the blog. I truly feel connected, even though I am so far away in VT! Hugs and Kisses to all of the Marshalls. I love you all.

Draven, this is very touching... you have a gift for channeling emotion ... your sister & I were in tears.. this is beautiful... read it over and over to Cody like a mantra... people in comas connect at some level...
Please let Cody know we are praying for him .. everyone I know is praying for him and sending positive thoghts into the universe for him to come out of this whole... let him know we love him and he is in our thoughts constantly...
