HOME UPDATE

So I know I haven't posted in a day things were busy busy yesterday so I apologize. Cody got his surprise which was a private little concert with Jay Nash, Matt Duke and Tony Lucca and a small group of Codys friends.

It was amazing. So much fun. Cody was happy to see all his friends and peeps that came by to say hi. He did so well with all the stimulation I couldn't believe it. I think the adrenaline of it all probably helped us out on this one. I know he will be needing a couple low key days at this point but I think it was just the boost he needed. Cody had a great time and loved that Jay came out too play for him. It is so remarkable to see how far we have come it just blows me away.

Cody went for his workout with his Sister and Mom, we will be picking up our pottery today and I imagine Cody will be napping the rest of the day thereafter.

Jay Nash is a long time friend who is also an amazing guy and he is extremely talented. If you want to check him out you can go to www.facebook.com/TheJayNash

Matt Duke and Tony Lucca are incredible. Two of my favorite artist and Matt I just love him, he sang a song called run rabbit run back at the house that was unbelievable it is on his album....

At any rate I will be giving another update later today.....

Thank you Guys,

For Now Until Then,
Draven

    Hi Cody,

You don’t know me but I work with Carolyn (Newcom) Korfiatis in Seattle. Carolyn shared your story with us and I just want to let you know that we were all pulling for you. Congrats on your first work out—that’s major! One step at a time, and before you know it, you’ll have traveled miles in your recovery! : )

so cody, you must be supper human, the rutland herald is reporting that since you left the hospital on Monday you have flown home to VT, slept in you own bed in pittsfield , then flew back to salt lake then right to the gym for a workout. sounds like you will be back on skis next week . all that aside you look great in all the videos and as a lot have said, this will be a long road, make sure you get lots of rest along with the work outs and enjoy the day. rock on
