REHAB & HOME UPDATE MONDAY 8:10 PM
Hello from Codyland.
So today we went down to SLC for the start of this weeks evaluations, he had speech therapy today which went well. I will get a summary at the end of this week for all his test so I will be curious to see how they rate him on the scale. He said the speech therapy was good and it was tough so I think he got a good idea of how "short" his short term memory is right now. It seems he enjoyed the tests and feels it is good to keep it up. I think it gave him an idea of how much work he has ahead of him to get to where he needs to be. They had vocabulary tests, math test, memory test, speaking tests, writing test, word association tests etc...
That will continue through out the week and PT test will begin as well. So it is the start of another long week but a good one. Tomorrow will be the USSA gym and home therapy. It has been pouring rain here today and is supposed to all week so outdoor activity maybe difficult. Anyway we will keep plugging away.
Sorry it took me so long to post busy weekend with Barb leaving.

Hey Cody!
Rainy days here in Norway means hot chocolate and sweet buns, you should implement that in Utah too, it's pretty awesome!
In case of your memory is making you forget, I am coming to see you in about 4 weeks when I'll be in town for 2 weeks, get excited!
You're doing great, keep up the good work on all those quizzes and tests - amazing how they give you results!
I am working in a cinder garden today - first time - should be interesting. Hope they're not gonna place me on the 'changing diapers' section all day....

I've got to think your chess games will be a great help to Cody's mental rehab - I hope you're finding time to enjoy them. Keep up the great fight, Cody and Draven!

Hey Cody -
If you ask our son, when it rains, "it's a movie day". sounds like it's time to grab a good one after the day's tests are over.
Go cody go!

Hey Codeman...not sure if this makes you feel better or worse, but I'm quite confident you'd do leaps-and-bounds-better than me in a math dual right now. Keep on rockin'.
